Given that the current Ontario Living Wage (website) for 2024 is $21.30 per hour and of this income 44% is needed to afford the Ontario 1 bedroom rental of $1,508 will the city be setting recommended "affordable housing" values each year or six months as part of this CPPS?

BLARING truck horns in the small hours of the morning is not considered lawful or respectful.
Even honking at those times could get you a ticket.
If you cannot support a Canada Proud initiative, maybe you should not make silly comments.

All the commenters please use correct wordage.
Problem is that "would of" sounds like "would've" which is a contraction of "would have". The contracted spelling gives a clue to the two separate words. don't = do not; should've = should have.
If not sure - Google AI will give the correct wording.

But in the ten years it took the slow city council and staffers to move this into reality the price has doubled. But the original $1.8 million increase compounded by CPI would be $2.3 million!!
I guess someone wasn't doing their homework during "Competitive Pricing".

Everyone seems to be missing a critical fact in all this rhetoric.
The Canadians will be meeting with government representatives BUT Trump does what he wants to do without input from his government.
Carney and Ford have to demand a public meeting with Trump (similar to the one he had with Zelenskyy) and let all of America see that he does not care about Americans he only cares about doing what he wants to do and LYING about it.

Well what can you expect from a City and County who rush off to hold Affordable Housing Symposia then do NOTHING!
This attitude is probably also applied to the requests to improve development time and overheads. Ergo, not enough affordable accommodation development to control rental prices.

The Canadian Council on Social Development states that 1996 median salary was $54,958,
Using the Consumer Price Index (often used by statisticians to advance salary data) $100,000 becomes $176,715.41 in 2023 (which seems a little high), leaving only 14 city employees over this salary in the 2023 Sunshine List.
Statistics Canada (Table 14-10-0209-01) gives average Ontario hourly wages for December 2024 that calculates to an overall average of $169,121.68, leaving only 16 employees over this salary.
If we use $142,000 then the count is 89.

This avoidance of maintaining a heritage property (the James Kidd Barn at 2187 Gordon St.) has been front and centre in the argument about demolition (from the developer) and renovation (from the city) for the past eighteen months (but should have been identified during planning for and before the 11-1 approval of the Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan in May 2022 and identified for special mention - are there others that will slow this development?).

Meanwhile the city has been ignoring its own responsibility to maintaining heritage properties.

Unfortunately "Urgently" and "Immediately" are foreign words to most municipal councils and "ignorance of responsibilities" is a tradition.

Does "Religious and medical exemptions are allowed under specific conditions." mean that people can opt out EVEN IF a highly contagious and/or possibly deadly disease is part of the vaccine?
Does the exemption contradict the Health Protection and Promotion Act, R.S.O. 1990?

The LCBO is a government corporation and must do as the government says. Doug could be faced with any push back.
Also, once purchased any person or corporation can do as they please with the purchased product
