Bernard was born and raised in Belgium but moved to Canada in 2012. For the first few years he lived in Montreal where he obtained a communications degree from Concordia University. In 2020 he moved to Niagara. Bernard loves telling people’s stories and wants to get to know those that make Thorold into the great place it is.
